I'm making this post for my current landlord, it is in the Suncreek subdivision off of Farmgate. If you're interested her phone number is at the bottom, her name is Laura. 
2BR/2BA, end unit, one-level on cul-de-sac, new carpet and kitchen floor, brick front, recent vinyl siding and energy-efficient double-paned windows, refrigerator w/ice maker, brand new water heater, dishwasher, disposal, space-saving microwave, newish washer/dryer included. Gas heat, electric A/C, fireplace. Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan. Huge private deck, lushly landscaped courtyard and grounds, quiet neighborhood. HOA takes care of all exterior maintenance and landscaping. Two off street parking spaces for each unit. Outside storage area with shelves. Lots of closet space. Perfect location just a hop from I-40, Cary Towne Centre, Crossroads shopping center and NC State. Easy drive to RTP.
The townhouse will be available near the end of July. I'm looking for a
1+ year lease. Application and security deposit of one month's rent
required.
I maintain the unit very well. I live only a few miles away from it. I
used to live there for about 5 years, so I am very familiar with the
neighborhood and was the Vice President of the HOA for three years.
It's very safe and friendly. Lots of people out walking their dogs and
such. They are mostly single people, retirees, and young couples
without kids. Only a few children in the neighborhood. Low crime area.
Very close to RTP and I-40 on the west side of Raleigh very close to
Cary.
All appliances are included, dishwasher, washer, dryer, electric stove,
space-saving microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, sink disposal, brand
new gas water heater, gas heat, non-heat pump AC, and there are two
reserved off-street parking spaces for the unit. There are four units
in the building with a courtyard in the middle that is landscaped and
maintained by a professional crew weekly. My unit has a
very large private deck on the back and there are woods behind it.
There have been no pets and no smoking since I replaced the carpet,
kitchen flooring, and painted everything, so it's allergy free. I also
wired one bedroom and the living room for ethernet when I lived there.
