for a roomate to go in on a 2 bedroom apartment. Beginning of August.

A quick bit about myself. I just graduated and I'm working at a research facility at Duke. I know alot of people like to claim that they are laid back but when you move in they act like complete psychos. You know what I'm talking about, they label all the food in the cupboards and fridge with their name, and instead of discussing a problem with you face to face they just leave you an awkward note on the fridge about how you left your stereo on repeat playing freebird at 3 in the morning.

But I really am an easy going guy, not super tidy (I do dishes, laundry, vacuum once a week.) I like to have friends over, especially during the weekends.

Most importantly I respect other peoples space and belongings. I expect the same from my roomate(s).

If at this point you don't think I'm a good match, feel free to stop reading.

This is what I'm looking for in an apartment:

-looking to pay $300-$400 + utilities
-around West Raleigh (around NC State)
-prefer 1 or 2 roomates to share apartment or house.
-I would prefer a private bath but its not a "must have."
