I am introducing my mom to the wonderful world of not using 35mm film for every family event. Doesn't need to be exciting - point and shoot basically. Needs a flash. LCD view a bonus, willing to pay more.

Prefer something that comes with at least a 32MB chip, but will probably consider a 16MB since the budget it small. Prefer that it uses regular batteries -- nothing special unless it is rechargeable and you have a working charger.
