"It's a little too late" is that a remake or an original, it is really good but almost sounds like it is a remake of something older 7/15/2006 11:02:58 PM |

You're thinking of the Mark Chesnutt song:
Quote : | "Oh I should-a done this and I should-a done that I should-a been there then she'd-a never left I should-a been hangin' on every word she ever had to say but it's a little too late she's a little too gone she's a little too right I'm a little too wrong now would be a good time to change but it's a little too late " |
Toby Keith's lyrics are slightly different, but it's the same plot and he starts every line with "a little too...".
[Edited on July 15, 2006 at 11:10 PM. Reason : in fact, toby lifted this line verbatim "It's a little too late, I'm a little too gone, "]7/15/2006 11:09:44 PM |

damn, way to pick on lyrics of two different songs like that but, I think the chesnutt song is about a girl leaving a guy because of him being too much of "a guy" while the Toby song is dealing with her cheating on him and her trying to keep the shit together 7/15/2006 11:13:59 PM |

is Toby Keith gay? he comes out with a good song like "How do you like me now," then he comes out with a bunch of gay ones like "Little blue note" 7/16/2006 4:51:15 PM |

I had to hear that "American Soldier" song every 15 minutes back when I worked at Sears. Thank God for better times. 7/16/2006 5:17:50 PM |
