My mom just got a new computer. She has to access Aflac.com a lot since she works with them, and is having a problem logging in through Firefox. The login site is https://my.aflac.com/login2/login.aspx. After entering the username and password, a dialog box comes up with "You have chosen to open "webgate.dll"" and gives the save/open option. I can't figure out what to do with that to let her continue with the login.

I had Firefox installed on her last computer (which was still running Windows 98) but she never had this problem, to my knowledge at least. It apparently works fine in Internet Explorer, but she uses Firefox as her default and it would be nice (but not necessary) to get it working in Firefox too.

Thanks for any help.

def necessary to get ff goin.. you dont want her using IE... or her new computer will be dead in a week. i went to the link, put in some bogus login stuff and hit login, no problems, just got the usual invalid login screen... chances are, somebody screwed up something... have u tried just reinstalling ff? have any new plugins, etc been added to ff before this problem?

some websites simply arent compatible with Firefox. tell her to use IE for aflac.com, and Firefox for everything else.

I have this same issue at work where some sites just dont work with FF.
