i got suspended once for making a pong game with marquee tags.

was that harmful?

html abuse also in the past has included this exact same thing, and iirc people have been suspended for it, it essentially messes with the site code itself, by overlaying it, deceiving users.

We should probably get a ruling from the other CC mod on this. Sometimes he has a tendency to get sand stuck in his vagina and abuse his mod powers for no good reason. I'd hate to get suspended by one mod for something that another mod thinks is perfectly ok.
