Guitar is black, newish strings, there is a crack on the neck but it still holds tuning prefectly fine.

Amp is in good condition, no problems over the past year.

I'm moving and want to get rid of these both. Throw me some decent offers or I guess I'll try Craigslist.

i can say that both are in good condition with the exception that the guitar has the crack in the neck ( it still holds tuning perfectly fine)

its a very thin parabolic shaped crack at about the 3rd fret, basically what happened was my old roommate's cat jumped toward my guitar while it was in its stand and knocked the stand with the guitar over

i'd like to get about 60 out of it and 100 for the amp

Hmm...pretty sure I'd have to see pics. Is it in just the top fretboard layer, or does it go through to the actual neck piece? If the former, then it might can be patched up fairly easily. If the latter, I wouldn't touch it.
