Does Alltel use CDMA or GSM phones?

I have a Motorola V260 something that I don't use, I don't know if it'll work with Alltel, but I have seen Alltel people with the same phone, but I don't know if the internals are the same.

if its CDMA it will work. you can tell if its CDMA b.c it doesn't use a SIMM card. I think most motorola's are CDMA.

^ that is actually what my phone is. I'll come pawn it off you right now if you don't want it. I'll call alltel to make sure it will work
