My female roomie and I are moving out after all, so we've now got the two most desirable rooms open in a 4 bed, 4 bath unit at University Glen, directly across Marcom Street to the Varsity parking lot. It's a second floor unit.

The one roommate that's staying, Josh, is quiet and agreeable. PM me for my other contact info.
There may also be a third bedroom that Khoa will be subleasing, and you can ask me for his contact info if you'd like to know more about that bedroom.

We love the location, but we're moving in with some girlfriends so we can have slumber parties and pillow fights in our underwear. Please help facilitate this.
