Basically this is the deal. I need a roommate. I would prefer a female with no dog or cat. Other than that we should be good. The house is in Trailwood Hills off of Lineberry. Below is a synopsis of me, what I would like in a roommate, and about the House. Rent is $400 a month all utilities/satellite/cable internet included.

I am a senior in Zoology at NCSU. I am originally from Anson County (if that matters). I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I do have a small dog, a pekingese, who is sweet as can be. I play music, so we do have an actual piano in the house along with an amp for the guitars. I am not loud with the music, it's more of a stress reliever, so I'm sure it will not bother you, I just wanted to put it out that this is a music friendly house.

This is a three bedroom house, but I am the only person living here. As far as hobbies go, I like anything outdoors (kayaking, hiking, surfing, skateboarding, biking, skiing (snow and water), wakeboarding, etc.), so I am outside a lot.

As far as a housemate goes, someone who is clean and laidback would be great. If we have things in common that's cool, but if not, that's cool too. I get along with all types of people, so I'm sure we can find some type of common ground somewhere.

The house is great and in a great location. It's really nice for a college house (I have pics). We have nice neighbors and are located in a nice place close to campus and the beltline, but far enough away to not know it. So, if all of this sounds good, get up with me and come take a look at the house! -Nikki
