he isnt completely guilty yet, there is still another sample that they are testing right now. apparently it isnt completely uncommon for the first sample (Sample A) to come back positive and the second sample (Sample B) to come back clean. he was also taking cordizone shots (that were deemed legal) during the tour that could have effected the test results. this is far from over....
