Actually, by the creator of the site, this section was designed to accomplish something. And that something is a discussion about things of "Soap Box" type nature, and it does that quite well. So basically, the posts where you and drunkntarded derail the threads are basically subverting what this section was designed to acomplish.

At first I was like, well, Soap Box isn't really supposed to accomplish anything (I was thinking in regards to policy change, etc), which was the first post. And despite the nature of this thread as nothing more than troll bait, I decided to give it a little more thought (rather, the thought just kinda popped in my head). Then I was like, well, it does accomplish being a place to discuss Soap Box like issues.

I know you have trouble grasping complex topics so you can label it flip flopping or ignorance if it helps you compartmentalize your thoughts.

I am saying peace talks between Israel and Palestine never accomplish anything, similar to how nothing ever gets accomplished in Soap Box.

This is evident in the Middle East by their continued battles over Jerusalem and no long lasting peace agreements...this is evident in the Soap Box if you read the Soap Box

If you need me to articulate better than that...maybe its not the writer's fault...maybe its the reader's lack of reading comprehension
