Loft built to fit in Syme, Gold, Welch or other high-ceiling dorms.

Excellent condition, practically new. I love this loft and the only reason I am selling is that I am moving out of the dorm and have no use for it.

Tall enough to put a dorm desk or dresser under it. Also tall enough to stand under.

Pics in my gallery. The guy in the picture is around 5'8" so you can see there is at least 6' of head room under the bed rails.

I paid $150 for materials, am asking $75 OR BEST OFFER.

Post or pm me with questions.

it's a great loft, and comes with all the necessary nuts/bolts/screws

some of the pieces stay pre-assembled for convenience (the ladder ends), but all the pieces are small enough to be carried through a dorm door, and when disassembled, the entire loft fits in the back of a small pick-up truck.

if you don't have a truck to carry it, i can probably deliver it to the dorm on move-in day (if you ask nicely and don't make me help you carry it inside)

ha

I sold a loft to a girl a year ago. I charged her $100 bucks including delivery and assembly (which wasn't a bad deal considering the trouble I went through delivering it on move-in day). You're crazy if you think you're going to get $150 for that thing. Pick up an econ textbook and look up the definition of sunk cost.

Heck, I've picked up 2 lofts for free over the past year. I used both of them for scrap wood. One girl all but paid me to take hers.

what the heck, I'll give 25 bucks for it, if you don't have any takers.

e: and you won't have to deliver it. i'll pick it up.

since that's been my only real offer, I can't turn you down.

when would you want to pick it up?

^how about either friday evening/early night or saturday early morning or late afternoon/ evening? Let me know which general time frame works for you and I'll throw out an actual time.

^what was his offer? If he's serious post his bid and I'll see if I'm still interested. I'm ready to pick it up immediately, btw.

my offer still stands, but i've made the same offer to 2 other guys, so I'm going to buy a loft from the first person who gets back to me.

If this guy is serious, do yourself a favor and post his bid in the thread. I know you haven't seen a lot of interest in your loft, but someone (like me) might outbid him.
