Well, seeing as how you don't have pics and there are 2 other lofts that have been for sale on here for months, you're not going to get a better offer. I'm not trying to be a jerk about it, but be a little realistic man. $25 today take it or leave it. Good luck trying to get $100 out of something people pick up for free at the end of the year.
