... So I just started working exclusively from home. So far so good, I didn't surf the internet as much as I did in the office, nor was I getting up and talking to my coworkers (obviously). I think I got more done in a day than I did in two when I worked in an office.

Was able to jam out as loud as I wanted on the xmradio stream.

Only drawback was slow connectivity to my home office terminal server, which is something that I can get remedied.

I highly recommend it if you can weedle into such an arrangement.

I worked from home a half day last friday, I was far more productive than I normally am at the office. I even ended up working late till 5:15pm, highly unusual for me.

I wish I could do it all the time.

I could do 100% of my activities at my office job from home, but they won't let me do it. Ugh...

I heard this is a legit place but not from anyone I know. My stay at home baby mama wants to earn a little income. I told her I'd pimp her out but she didn't like the idea

[Edited on August 7, 2006 at 11:39 PM. Reason : I just don't like paying someone to earn $]

I've worked at home the last 6 weeks or so - it's a part time arrangement, but I worked there FT before this so it's cool - and I think I'd be a lot more productive if I didn't have to work around the kids but otherwise I really enjoy it

Working from home sucks after you do it for a while. Then again, I haven't had a "real job" in years, so maybe I'm always plagued w/ grass-is-greener syndrome. Last spring, I just fucked around and would go flying during the day.
