It's that time of year when everyone starts school again, so I figured I'd start up my bike service again. It's good practice to have your bike inspected at least once a year to make sure brakes, bearings, shifters, and the like are up to par. I have all of the tools and experience (2+yrs in Bicycle retail) necessary to build, repair, and inspect bicycles (no motorcycles). New tires, headsets, or cranks are no issue. Prices are cheap and I won't rip you on part costs like most shops.

Number is (910) 233-4798, I live off Dixie, you can ride it there and ride it back.

A full tune up depends on what it needs. If you want to drop it by, I'll give you an estimate based on workscope.

As for brand names;

Stick with whatever name you can find in a decent local shop. If you can find it in Dick's or Sport's Authority, it'll get you to class, but not necessarily have the performance options. For $100, you're gonna want to find an old Schwinn (new ones aren't too great; ie: Huffy), any Cannondale, Giant, Trek, Jamis. Find a bike you like, bring it by, and I'll give you an honest opinion. There are too many names, years, and compenentry to give a list.
