I have a game from 1994 I want to install on my computer.
I installed from the CD, but it won't play. It says use the easy-start disk (WHOA 3.5 Floppy).
When in MS-DOS it says I don't have enough memory to play. Also, when I open the A: drive it doesn't have anything in there for me to click on. I can go into the CD and click the .exe file and it opens DOS, but it still says I don't have enough memory.
Do any of you nerds know how I can play my wicked old PC game from Sierra?

Don't try running the game in Windows with compatibility mode ... too many problems to list. Google up "DOSbox". I'm not sure of support with CD-ROMs, but you can always make an iso of the cd and mount it via Alcohol (or whatever program you like to use).
What game is it? Might be able to tell you some more specifics. 8/19/2006 8:07:30 AM |
