How much would it take to get you to leave your current job, all else being equal.

I.e. if another company offered you a similar position in a similar location, what would it take for you to hop jobs. I'm looking for % increase in salary here, and anything else that'd get you to hop.

if all else was equal but salary i think it'd take 20% increase

if it were to be a job that didn't travel probably a 30-35% increase

if i lost anything else the % would keep going up

it would have to be alot, maybe 15%, to change jobs all else being equal. I would take a paycut to move to a better city...

I'd leave my current job for a lateral move to where I wanted to be.

I actually took a significant cut to come back and do my doctorate and TA

so in other words, didn't take much

If my base salary equaled my current total compensation, i'd probably leave. It'd be nice to have more than 4 days off per month.

with my current level of "pissed off" at my company, i would probably just leave for equal pay and benefits elsewhere. of course, i would push for 20%.

by all else being equal i'm assuming comparable job responsibilities with similar cost of living: i'd leave for about 60% more

Location location location.

I love my job (systems engineering for satellites), but I would take a pay cut and a less interesting and rewarding job if it was back in NC. So all it would really take is my husband saying we can go back home!

This is the first place I have worked that I actually like the other people working here, so it would probably have to be in the neighborhood of 35-40% increase for me to leave. A shorter commute would help as well (45 miles round trip)

I'm feeling a little ambivalent about my job right now and I haven't been here long enough (10 mo) to feel strong loyalty, so I would probably settle for 0% salary increase, provided the new job would be a better fit for me.
