Anyone dealt with them before? Im thinking about ordering a chair from them, but want to make sure it'll be good quality and not arrive all beaten up. Also...are the colors online close to the actual colors? Ive ordered stuff before only to have it not look anything like i thought it did, and since this is a pretty big chair and i want it to match the couch, i dont want something that looks odd or that ill hafta spend a bajillion dollars to ship back...

I think my mom bought something before with good results, I've never personally used it but if they put $ into legit advertising on TV and don't have a website like http://www.93income.com/tv I'm sure it's halfway decent

my mom ordered a huge ass california king sized bed frame from them, a nice wrought iron one for like $350 and it had free shipping, and the "original price" is like $1,400 or something. super nice bed. defintely recommended.

ordered some dvds from them once... they lied and said they had shipped and it ended up taking over a month, with multiple calls, for them to send 'em. pretty bad customer service, but i've heard most people don't have problems.

I've ordered plenty from them all without issue. Never had a problem with getting emails from them either.
