I guess it's the eyes that weird me out. Looks like a baby kitten that hasn't been able to open its eyes yet all the way. Cuter than most babies, though, I think most babies are ugly.

most babies have blue eyes at first, i had them much longer (slate colored) till i was just about 2 then they started to go dark brown, now they are going green....

usually babies with darker hair will have a fuller head of hair that babies born with blonde hair. since both parents have such dark hair, it really isn't that odd that Suri has that much hair.
Also, I think she's cute... looks a lot like a good mix of cruise & holmes... but more like tom's features with katie's softened lines. It still weirds me out that they are together... I always imagine that Katie isn't very happy with the situation.... but who knows really.
