My lease runs out at the end of the month and i dont want to stay with my current roomates. They could never pay on time and trashed the place. Im 21 White Male responsible and respects other peoples shit. Im not the cleanest person in the world but i clean regularly and dont trash a place out of stupidity. Looking for somewhere pretty close to campus..pref something alittle more upscale than all the ghetto places right at campus. I have a cat, she stays in my room and doesnt tear up. I probably wont be around all that much from work and school and if i am around i normally am working on my car or just watching tv/ relaxing, I dont throw parties but im cool if you want to every once in awhile. 420 is fine as long as its kept respectable, I.e no 3 foot water bongs in the living room. Anyway if i sound cool and u need a roomie let me know.
