can't seem to find any on their site or through google...just a bunch of threads of people with the same problem and no solution. anyone know if there even are drivers for vista for linksys products?
well for now my Abit mobo's onboard nvidia ethernet card works....soo....i guess that means no BF2 for now lol

i had trouble with Steam last night...installed fine and all that but when i played it at max graphics (as i've always done) it ran very slow. not really choppy just seemed like everything was in slow motion. 9/10/2006 2:17:11 PM |

That is because in vista, the games are supposed to be written "much closer" to the hardware. There are layers missing from DirectX in vista that have to be emulated for DX9 games.
Plus, theres shittons of debug code in the beta OS, and Gabe Newell is an asshat and a half.
Studios should be releasing patches to resolve this issue sooner to the launch date of Vista. 9/10/2006 3:23:36 PM |
