whenever i play a game, any game, the game minimizes and goes back to the desktop at random times. ive tried calling microsoft up but i can only sit on hold for so many hours. they always tell me to call the game company tech support, but the game tech support tells mne to call the os company. just wanted to see what yall might think. if you need anymore info, just ask. thanks

There's most likely another program that's forcing the game to minimize. Take a look at what else is running while you play the game.

Which version of DirectX do you have?
Define "random" times ... rarely it is random.
