Well, I have an M48 (the one I refinished, atually) which I don't actually shoot...well...ever. The stock comb comes up too high, so it beats the hell out of my face. It'd be great with a scout scope, I think.

youll need a registered FFL dealer, as well as a handgun permit, to transfer handguns legally from one person to another. I would highly recommend that route unless you like big fines and prison ass sex.

No you don't. The buyer IS supposed to present an actual purchase permit, though. And for CYA reasons, it's a good idea for the buyer and seller to exchange contact info, full names, DL/SS #s. The seller should give the buyer a receipt at the very least.

Transfers of handguns only require a pistol purchase permit or presentation of a CCW permit to sell from person-to-person.
