I've had standard RR since 1997 and Vonage since 2003 and mine works like a champ. Stop downloading so much porn and it will work just fine.

VOIP has a relatively low bandwidth requirement, you need QoS

Vonage requires at most 100Kbps both ways for their highest call quality, sounds like you just have a shitty internet connection
