i dont know exactly what is wrong with it. if i did, id fix it myself. at random times internet explorer just closes itself. at random times whatever folder i am in closes. at random times everything minimizes. i have done a spyware scan, virus scan, defrag, memory defrag, and called tech support, but they say it is a memory problem even though less than half is used.
