I have a room in University woods, $295 a month plus 1/4 utilities. I can have it available for you by Nov 17. There are three male roommates, bus stop available and close to campus. The room is still available if you want it. You just take over my lease, it runs through July, but it is normally easy to get a summer subletter. Call me if you want to come see it.

fyi, uwoods sublease costs $150 for the current leaser, and $155 application & processing fee for the subleaser. not sure why they charge the 150.
i'm trying to sublease my room in uwoods right now.
