My best friend is looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment ASAP. If anyone is subleasing their apartment/house PM me and let me know. She prefers a 2 bedroom but will consider a one bedroom if reasonable. Price range is preferably something <$700 but, of course, it depends on the size and accomodations.

I am currently interviewing and probably going to have to move out of the house I am because the job won't be in raleigh. It is a 2 bedroom small house under 1 mile from school. Just past Subconcious on Hillsborough. I pay $680 a month. Has washer and dryer connections and central air and gas heat. It is a nice place on a quite road. Send me a PM if you want any more information. I might consider moving out quickly if they like the place.

I am moving out of my apartment in about a month; it's a 2-bedroom, 1000 sq.ft. and it's a pretty nice neighborhood off Cary Parkway. Total rent is $610 a month, includes water/sewage and waste disposal fees and our average power bill is between $45 and $60 a month. No set date yet, but we'll be moving out soon. I lived in Sumter Square off Jones Franklin Rd. for a year. They have 2 bedroom apts for a reasonable price. It's not a fancy apt complex, but its nice. It's quiet and people generally keep to themselves.

We had a 3 bedroom apt there for $675 plus it costs us about $100 in utilities (Power, phone, etc). They have free wireless internet.

I know you said someone to sublease from, but I think they may have 6 month leases. I don't know if your friends would be interested in that.

Good luck. You might be able to get a decent 1br for that, but 2br for 700 bucks in Raleigh is going to be either in horrid condition or in the gheeetooo

^ nah... a 2 bedroom for $700 is quite decent. Dominion isn't much more than that. A one bedroom might work, just depends on the size and accomodations.
