A+ if we would have been slightly louder in the 2nd and 3rd quarters on defense

All things considered, we really helped the defense in the 4th quarter

Chuck gave us plenty of props on the radio

The problem was clapping on-beat with the music and everybody else. But yeah, I couldn't hear anything when I left the stadium.

3-1 this year at home so far.

and there is now plenty of irrefucktupable evidence that akron did not win the only loss at home either. i saw it with my eyes as well.

yup.

they talked about it on ESPN during the game. showed the replay and semi-criticized the officials. they said it should have at least been looked at. (REPLAY NEEDS A GOAL LINE CAM)

also, the N&O sports webpage has left the article concerning the last play of the Akron game, up on their webpage for weeks. people know that we go screwed on that one.

also, apparantly there is the "NC State Rule" (mentioned at the start) where any sort of game deciding play MUST be reviewed

not only was it the loudest we have ever been, it was the most quiet we have ever been when we were on offense. I really felt for the first time EVER at our stadium that fans actually understood what was going on in the game, and responded the right way. We were loud when we needed to be, and quiet when we needed to be.

All around, thats about as fun as it gets.

I disagree with this. Maybe after the players kept trying to get you people to shut the fuck up, but we were way too loud while our team was in the huddle. I mean its a huge win and people were excited, but we gotta keep it down on offense.

dude, keep it in perspective. in the past, we would have been waving the towells around when we were on offense. at least tonight there was an effort to really keep it down. fans are going to cheer after a big running play, but if you can't admit that it was a great effort by the crowd tonight then you don't remeber the days of being louder on offense then we were when we were on defense.

there's also a new rule that if the official interrupts Kay Yow, then we get a penalty waived off

The knee wasnt an issue, its his elbow, which was down 3 inches before the goal line, therefore not in by rule. WE WIN.

I agree that it was the loudest I have ever heard CF. And I thought we did a fine job of getting quiet on offense. It doesn't have to be pin drop quiet in there.

HAHAHAHA, sad. I won't name names either, but I will talk shit to them in person.

p.s. That's what you get for taking a UNC fan to a State game.

I watched the game on TV and there were 2 drives (critical ones for us) that you guys started 1st and 10 FAR to damn loud. I could see Evans having trouble communicating with his line, but he got the job done.

Just STFU on offense. Why is that so hard to do?
