maple is the biggest POS software

and yet it's incredibly usefull and user friendly.

something is really a pos when it makes your life easier.

Maple saved me so much time when going through school.

of course maple would be a waste of time to someone who ends up taking applied sociology classes.

for engineering classes, being able to turn in maple scripts and output instead of plugging away on the calculator or by hand saved HOURS each week.

if you didnt learn it well and could not apply it easily, then it was your own fault and it cost you. there is a reason it was required through all your introductory calculus classes.

it is a very usefull tool.
