I don't think so. If you have a real and legitimate case, in the loser pays system, you will hire the absolute fucking best you can and fight it like there's no tomorrow. I certainly would. Think about it, in a loser pays system, why would any high end lawyer turn down a legitimate case, no matter how poor the client? They'll get paid by the other side.

Maybe its just me, but shouldn't EVERYTHING at school be supervised?

I mean, it looks like its only unsupervised play and when I was in school, there were always teachers not too far away.
