it's not my LCD...i've never heard of starlogic before, and that makes me wary, but this monitor is less than 6 months old and it looks like this:
it hasn't been abused to my knowledge, and the black stuff keeps shifting...i would assume it's still under warranty, but i can't seem to find the company online...anyone have a link?

nah, swapped it out for a dell and it's fine
