Old thread was dead.
I'm so glad NBA season is back for Bill Walton.
Did anyone hear his rambling poem about Amare and the Suns on Cold Pizza?

"Greg Ostertag is one of the top centers on this planet."
"He's everywhere! Rebounds, Assists... Shawn Bradley is looking like Hakeem Olajuwan"
"Throw it DOWN, K-Mart! No Bankrupcy Here!"
Love it.
Any text finds on the poem? Didn't hear it. 11/1/2006 2:28:09 PM |

I love it when he says something like "Lamar Odom is the greatest inbounds passer in the history of basketball." 11/1/2006 2:40:50 PM |

I hope Walton is on his game tonight. Even if he isn't all that sharp I hope he doesn't throw up an Arenas type performance. 11/1/2006 10:15:30 PM |

He looks a little heavier. He must have been on the croissant diet in the off season. 11/1/2006 11:17:43 PM |

Bill Walton doing hockey highlights.
Classic.
"That guy is just standing around! It's a game of ACTION!!"
"Why are they hitting each other?"
"Are there no rules in this game?!?!" 12/7/2006 12:28:34 AM |

Walton on hockey was awesome. Did you like a few minutes later when he said Luol Deng was the best young, foreign player in the league and Stu Scott almost fainted, if UNC had someone remotely equivalent, Scott may have fought Walton right there. 12/7/2006 12:35:34 AM |

On ESPN Motion, he was celebrating Larry Bird's birthday today, and he was remembering a game where he was passing the ball to Bird and Dennis Johnson to make free throws to seal the game. Then, he remembers throwing the ball to Ainge, and Bird pulled Walton aside and said "if you want to play for this team, you give the ball to me." Hilarious. 12/7/2006 1:13:04 PM |
