If voting worked, it wouldn't be legal.

But yeah, I'll be voting.

Also, I guess this is a good place to point out that the deficit has been decreasing pretty handily over this fiscal year and will continue to do so, as corporate profitability has been fantastic. Also, real wages have risen over the last quarter, as is to be expected (it is one of the last things to budge after a recession). I want to point this trend out before the democrats take house and claim they did it.

I registered to vote in Wake County in September. But, I haven't gotten my registration card yet. I'm still going though.

Useless Trivia
Supposedly they won't turn down any voter according to my buddy who volunteers for the voting booths. You can be green, 2 feet tall, have antennas for ears, and supposedly they won't turn you down. Of course, those types of votes go through a screening process.

^
they can't turn you down by law. you get a provisional ballot, which goes in a separate stack. all provisional ballots get counted over the 2-3 weeks between Election Day and when final certified results are actually filed

I'm going to do the same I do every time.

Voting "No" on all bond issues, and leaving the rest blank.

What happens if you moved after the voter registration change deadline? I moved from Miller's district to Price's district and I only moved like 8 minutes away.

i was going to vote yes, but then i realized that the best way to inspire the real drastic reform we need is to starve those who have grown lazy of the money they want.

I got a 324 out of 350, I thought I'd do better

I feel really stupid for thinking the Queen was Barbara Bush. Honest mistake, right? Also, I know now that I don't watch enough TV news, because I had no idea what Tony Snow looked like.

It should have been 340 but I was trying to kill a boss on WoW so I misclicked and it said I didn't know who Madonna was. Oops. I didn't, however, know who Ban Ki-moon was.

Hurray, I'm only marginally stupid. I don't know what Ban-Ki Moon does for a living and I mistakenly thought Pelosi was a senator.

I missed Ban-Ki Moon too, and..... Alec Baldwin, because 1) He looked really fat, and 2) all the previous pictures had been political figures, so I didn't think they would have actors in there.

I missed Ban Ki-Moon as well. And I almost missed another because Mahmoud Ahmadinejad looks exactly like Montel Williams in that light

you would probably cast a provisional in the 13th...or one in both districts, but only one would count. or you could just straight up vote in miller's, they might not make you cast the provisional

Not only should you vote, you should consider a career in politics."

(What? Because I can match faces with names I should be in politics? pfft!)

I am definitely voting though.

Knowing who Alec Baldwin was gave us points. That should have at least been neutral to the score.

I was expecting something like this too as opposed to playing "Guess Who". But then the test would have to cater to local interests/elections and with all of the negatives ads and mudslinging it is sometimes difficult to know where a person really does stand on an issue.
