Why not add a dropdown when making a post to declare it NSFW/SFW or G/PG/R. Then put in filters so I can automatically filter out and never, ever, in a million years, be sent back to tubgirl.

Because you shouldn't be browsing TWW at work, and if you do, you should be smart enough not to get caught. That includes somebody peering over your shoulder and any files cached on your hard drive. Not their responsibility (or concern).
