Who is the real man in Denver?? Mike Bell had a huge game last week however he has been inconsistent through the season. He is more of a between the tackle runner than Tatum but who gets the start this week? Jake Plummer still sucks though

Bill Simmons on Page 2 says that they should be named Uber-Bell and be one player on fantasy football. 11/3/2006 8:33:47 AM |

Tatum bell is the better back, but he was hampered by an ankle injury last week. I think mike will start this week, but expect them to split carries. 11/3/2006 9:06:49 AM |

^^^ it was turf toe, and that is usually about a 3-4 week injury.
I think if Tatum Bell continues to develop as an inside runner, he'll be the better of the two. However, Mike Bell is great (relatively speaking) between the tackles and adequate at bouncing it outside. Only problem is, he fumbles more than Tony Banks. 11/3/2006 10:06:43 PM |

Mike Bell hasn't fumbled all season. Tatum is the one with the fumbling problem.
Look for Mike Bell to return to earth against a Steelers D that isn't soft up front like the Colts. 11/3/2006 10:10:29 PM |
