Need a female willing to move into apartment room sometime in December, but not start paying rent until the first of January.

$375 a month; covers all electricity.
Apartment includes washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven. Internet (wireless and ethernet) and cable provided free of charge. Room has own spacious bathroom, large closet and window.

Apartment complex located at the corner of Gorman St. and Avent Ferry, right down the street from NC State campus. Within walking distance to grocery store and post office located right across Gorman St., and also to wildlife trail to Lake Johnson.

This place is a nice, except:
the $375 rent only covers $75 worth of electricity, so you split overages
internet is some no name sucky company, we ended up getting roadrunner because it went down so much

Otherwise good place to live, was definately better last year with $100 electricity and road runner business. But aparently some dumbasses complained the internet was too slow so management was somehow convinced that this no name company was the solution and now internet is 5-10 times slower.

Might wanna tell them they're 3bed/3bath apt's too

the utilities bill usually ends up being less due to the change....its now like $5-$6 a month per person with $375 for rent where otherwise it would have just been $400 a month for rent. And yea the internet does suck but if you use your own wireless router or plug into the wall its bearable.

the internet here is only bearable if you're using it to go on the web. if you're gaming or downloading.. it's horrible. we let that company have it in the survey they handed out

^^how did you work out roadrunner here? is the cost on top of your normal rent, or did the office subtract anything?

overall its a nice place to live minus the crappy internet

we tried to get the office to cooperate, but damn they're annoying about this internet

all we kept hear was "it's gonna get better" and even after they "added a ton of bandwidth" best we got was 400-500kb/s and with road runner we've got 3-4gb/s... games are no problem

of course it's $30/month
