I will be a new addition to Raleigh from NYC come the 1st of december. Looking for two roommates (preferrably female, but not necessary) to share a beautiful 3br, 2.5 bath townhouse on E. It is on E. Jones St. right outside downtown. My cousin owns it, has lived there for several years, but got a job in London, so had to move suddenly.

I have seen that a couple of blocks down it gets kinda iffy, but right in that general area it is nice. I have a deposit on an apartment in Trinity Commons, but if I could find roommates for the house, I would much rather live there.
