He was in fact a mill worker and did not own a mill. He worked his way up to become a mill supervisor. For those of you not from blue collar families, supervisors work on the floor and are chosen from the production ranks. They are generally paid about the same. John Edwards also worked in the same mill to help pay for college. Quit spreading misinformation.
