I just downloaded it and am using it. I have been , for the past several years, been a Firefox faithful. But so far, this new explorer is pretty nice. Anyone have any thoughts? 11/9/2006 6:56:32 PM |

So I used it for about two hours and now I'm back to Firefox. It was fine and all, but there is so much in Firefox I'm accustomed to, and it was frustrating not being able to do those things in Explorer. 11/9/2006 11:50:44 PM |

RawWulf, next time you get an idea try searching through this place before you decide to post, okay? I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but we already have threads that discuss this subject matter.

I didn't see it on the first page. I thought it was a new download (within the last couple days). And knew there wasn't much page rollover in Tech Talk 11/10/2006 9:46:23 AM |

firefox might be better than ie7 if it didnt have security issues of its own and could actually display half of the multimedia plugins that IE can 11/10/2006 10:24:23 AM |

Your latest Tech Talk Thread: "CompUSA specials!!sweet" http://brentroad.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=442179 got locked within 45 minutes because:
We already have a thread titled "*****Official Tech Deals Thread*****" http://brentroad.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=372942
why don't you stick to trolling Sports Talk and leave Tech Talk to us non-CompUSA employees.11/10/2006 10:36:10 AM |

Ok, since we are talking FireFox, I have a question. I've been using it for a while, but the thing that pisses me off the most about it is the "Find" feature. I use the program "Ventrillo" to talk to people through a microphone, and every time I press my Push to Talk key, it immediately opens up the find dialogue and makes horrible 'bump' noises since it can't find the string "-----------------".
I even minimize the browser and click on a different program, and as soon as I press the "-" key, FireFox decides the maximize itself again making its terrible error noises. This shit is getting ridiculous. 11/10/2006 11:10:24 AM |

Give me a break. He made a thread that had already been created about IE7. You really diddn't prove anything by finding my old locked threads!?!?! You just need to relax, I'm on top of this. I know more about pc's than you could dream of. Right now, you're trolling. Don't bring ST into this, I never once trolled that place. Anyways.11/10/2006 4:58:18 PM |

^you get no breaks in this forum, you're an idiot, so leave already.
and since you it sounds like you don't know what the "glass house" comment really means, let me school you:

I understood that comment. But what's the point in bringing it up? So, lemme get this right. You're not entitled to correct someone on thread creating if you did the same thing in the past? Whatever.
Like I said earlier, I know more about pcs' than both of you combined. So, if anyone has any business posting here it's the E-man. You catch my drift? 11/10/2006 6:27:27 PM |

^ theres two options here buddy, considering all your dag-gom and malarkey filled posts.
either
1) you're 30 something at best, maybe over 40 and you jockey a repair desk at CompUSA (while listing 18 as your age in your profile)
2) you're an alias who acts like a total and complete idiot.
if its 2, then my hats off to you. well done. 11/10/2006 6:58:46 PM |
