I am looking for a roomate to join us in our 4bed/4bath Lake Park condo. We would prefer a male roomate, but will not turn down any inquires. Rent is $275/month per person and leasing is done on an individual basis. A deposit of $275 is required upon signing the lease. Your lease would need to start on Jan. 1st and must go through at least May 31st, 2006. You will also be expected to pay 1/4 of the utilities (including water, power, cable, internet) which averages out to about $50/month.

The apartment's common areas are fully furnished (kitchen, washer/dryer, living room), you would just need to fill your room. The rooms are appx. 11'x10' with their own walk-in closet and bathroom.

no pets or smoking is allowed inside
