I think I'll wear my black NC State hoody and go buy me a black hat. We should totally do a blackout.

And students should be given priority. There's no reason there should be purple and gold in the student section when there's a bunch of red shirters sitting at home. You should be able to request a certain amount of guest tickets but not necessarily be guaranteed all of them if you win. If the student demand is lower than the total allotment, then those should be availble for guests. Not sure how'd they work out who got the guest tickets and how many though.
