I'm looking for someone to stain my fence. we've got clearcoat stain and a sprayer, just no time to do it. our house sits on .18 acre and the fence is only in the back, so it's not that big. 6 feet tall.

the house is in apex, 20 minutes from ncsu.

looking to have this done asap, once it stops raining of course.

anyone interested? how much do you want for the job?

i'll do it. just stained my back porch a few months ago, figure this is easier since it wont involve a 20 foot ladder. i'm free all weekend. $40 obo.

now that i'm home i have the measurements. the fence is about 200 linear feet and would be need to be stained on both sides.

.1 acres is small? i'm not good at judging distances. and i have no idea what to ask for on this kind of thing. i can't imagine it taking too long with a sprayer. how hard is this thing to operate?
i didn't think about both sides. perhaps i'll up my rate for both sides?

I don't need any cleaning help right now. I'm probably going to be doing a lot of interior painting in a month or so though. I usually have yardwork too.

The sprayer is a manual thing. pump the handle, it creates pressure, then you spray it out. not hard to operate at all. takes much less time than using a brush.
