This is a one bedroom apartment in Clarion Crossing Apartments. If you go to http://www.clarioncrossing.com and click on the floorplan for Pullen II the floorplan is almost exactly the same, except the kitchen is arranged a little differently and I think the measurements are slightly off..

-allows up to 3 animals

You would have to take over my lease, this is not a sublease. My lease ends in July (you can extend it by signing another lease in july, if you want). Please let me know as soon as possible, you are welcome to come by and take a look at the place, or I will email you pictures.

rent is $575-water is included (sorry, forgot to include the most important part)....but if you get cable, you pay $45 extra (standard cable is provided through the apt complex for $45....if you have digital or anything like that, you pay $45 to the apt and the rest to time warner...it's a very complicated thing and frankly I don't see the point...but that's how it is..its a new thing)
Our electric bill is kinda high because we have a few aquariums and lots of bulbs that use a lot of power...we average around $75 (there's two of us that live here now)...

by the way..the exact floorpan is the pullen III on the website. Great deal guys. Nice quiet neighborhood and laid back management. Maintenence is quick if you have a problem. Comes with free standard cable and some free furniture!
