My roomate said he wants to go ahead and sell his PS3 20gb. He will let it go at 1000 bucks and will deliver it. (as long as its in the triangle area) He doesn't want to deal with ebay etc.

You should tell your roomates to hold off until the middle of December (granted they haven't played it yet and its still in box). they are going for about 1100 now because there ar so many floating around, and you'll be able to get that amount for the next month, may as well stick it out unless you owe money to a collection agency, also trying to make a profit on TWW wasn't the best option, it's brutal round here .

Thanks for the advice. I myself have a 60gb one and I am holding off as many smart people are. He just told me to post his up in case anyone wanted to offer a good trade for a wii and cash or in case someone wanted to just give him that and sell it for more later. It is brutal around here .

You say you can find them at about 800 and yet you offer 550. I am sure if he wanted his money back he could always return it or take the 650 someone already offered. Weren't you on the side of the PS3 sellers ? or did that change once you sold most of yours? (oh and if we are going on retail a Wii is only 270 + 200 thats 470 , if we go by the Wii inflated prices then we must go by the PS3 inflated price as well)

I wouldn't really care if I couldn't sell mine as I really want to keep it and the less money I could make from it the more reason I give myself to keep it. Also my roomate has decided to cut his price down to $800 straight cash or a Nintendo WII + cash (~550). I also know someone else willing to let their 60gb PS3 go at 950.
