to kickoff?

Are there any new rules with drinking and all?

I heard something about some new rules being enforced with alcohol.

I wanna park on the fairgrounds parking right across from the stadium.

Does anyone know if they have power outlets on those light poles or anything like that?

I'm going to drive out there today to find out.

to answer your question...4 hours before kickoff, no kegs, no liquor
and you need a parking pass to park in the fairgrounds
