I was coming back from GA last week up 85 in my sister's blue ford focus (31mpg BTW). Anyhow I was going through a work zone (55mph limit) doing about 80-85. As I go around a curve a GA state HP was pointing the radar right at me. As soon as he sees me he clocks the speed, looks at the readout and turns around and gets in the car. I now have this "oh shit" feeling in my stomach, knowing i'm getting an 80+ in work zone ass rape ticket. The road is like 5 lanes wide so I pull over to the right lane and slow to a legal pace. It takes the cop a few seconds to get seated, engage the blue light, and make it through traffic. Here's the odd part. I expect the cop to get right behind me and you know flash the lights and crap. But no he gets in the middle lane and pulls ahead of me... he's pulling over another car, not me. As we go by him he now has the other car pulled over. The other car is a blue ford focus.
