I am selling a modded xbox that includes over 20 games and is capable of having any game/dvd. The harddrive with it is a 160 gb harddrive and all the software is included so that you can rip any game/dvd to the system. It also comes with 2 wireless logitech controllers and 2 corded ones.

they are all legit games coming right off of the original disks. I do not rip games from the internet haha.

the games are legit none of them are rips. As for a list, there are a lot of games including Halo and Halo 2, all the new sports games like ncaa and madden, and some others. Also, as I said you can add any game you want in about 10 mins

selling a "modded xbox" (although still not legal) is acceptable and common.

however using preloaded games as a selling point without originals on hand is illegal, promoting pirating information is also illegal

modding an xbox is nto illegal at all it simply voids the warranty. As for renting games I did nto do that I owned the games and put them on the xbox myself.

It's not illegal to mod in the US, it is illegal to sell with software you do not still have the original discs for.
