I moved into this apartment in May 2003. I’m buying a house so I need someone to takeover the apartment. When I moved in the apartment had just been re-modeled. The apartment is in great condition however there are some stains on the carpet. The carpets will be cleaned before you move in (but the stains will still be there). The price is only $619 a month for the whole place. This rate is locked in until May of ’07.

Requirements for potential renters:
1. You must accept the apartment as is. This means the apartment won’t be remodeled by Gorman Crossing before you move in.
2. You must meet Gorman’s minimum requirements for renting.
3. You must agree to stay through May of ‘07

There is 3 years of normal wear and tear. Some nails in the wall, scuff marks on the wall, stained carpet, the usual. The place isn't immaculate (it is Gorman after all) but it's not like there's been three frat guys living in here.
