need someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom apartment in university woods. would be living with 2 female roommates
rent is $315 a month and includes water, sewer, trash pick up (dumpsters). cable and electricity add up to around $60-80 (after split by 3) depending on electric usage. so the total is always under 400. private bathroom and walk-in closet. pet friendly. available in january, possibly move in sooner. there is a $155 application & processing fee that i am willing to get this off my hands. i'm hoping to move to a 1 bedroom apartment somewhere quieter but can't sign the lease until i am out of this one.

the pics are in my gallery. my good digi cam broke and is getting fixed so i had to use a really old 1 megapixel from about 5 years ago, so the pics are kind of dark & fuzzy, but it gives you a general idea.

the roommates put up fliers on campus (female roommate needed)
except they incorrectly put that it's a sublease- you'll be signing a new lease
and it's 7 months not 6 (Jan 1-July 31)
